About Cancellations and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy for European Union countries only.
This is a rule that applies if you reside in a country that is a member of the European Union. This means you have 14 days after purchasing the product to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As we mentioned above, your product must be as you received it, undamaged, unused, labeled and in its original packaging. We may ask for photographs and evidence if we deem necessary. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. At the same time, in such arbitrary returns (reasons not caused by transportation damage or production damage), the return shipping fee will be your responsibility and a certain amount of customs fee will be deducted from the product price.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When you receive your package, check whether there is a problem with the product due to transportation. If you encounter a problem, ask the person who delivered the package to keep a report (for proof of damage). This way, we will understand that the problem with the product occurred during transportation. It will be at the discretion of Luxemitter to take any action regarding product returns that are unregistered and without evidence of damage.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special design orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
If product changes are arbitrary (Causes not caused by Shipping damage or Production damage.) you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product you want to send back. You are also responsible for customs clearance costs. You can create a new order while this process is ongoing or after it is completed.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
However, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As we mentioned above, your product must be as you received it, undamaged, unused, labeled and in its original packaging. We may ask for photographs and evidence if we deem necessary. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. During the return process, we may decide to refund all or part of the money or to give you the product as a gift along with the return. You will be informed in any case. We recommend that you contact us for these transactions.

Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
