Products

How are your products produced?

We produce all of our products Handmade. In general, all of our products are produced in our own workshop by completing any electronic, mechanical or software requirements that may be needed. This means that, when necessary, we also undertake the design of the electronic hardware of our products and the development of the software they contain. For this reason, ready-made systems and hardware are not used in our products whenever possible.

Who produces the products and where?

We design and produce all of our products ourselves. We complete our business processes in our workshop in Turkiye and at your home and deliver them to you. In addition, Luxemitter is the brand of our business and we keep all our products under our brand name.

Do you ship the equipment and materials of the products?

The products include all the accessories and add-ons you may need. Although it varies depending on the type of product, these include; electrical adapters, plug converters, cables, fittings, etc. materials are included.

Ordering & Shipping

What's the lead time for orders?

Cargo delivery times vary by region. For Free Standard Shipping, delivery to the USA and European Union area takes 4 to 9 days. Delivery to the UK takes 4 to 7 days.

If you wish, you can choose Express Shipping for an additional fee. Express Shipping delivery times are between 1 and 5 days for the USA. For the European Union and the United Kingdom, delivery time is between 1 and 3 days.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, we accept orders of 3 or more of the same product as wholesale orders. If you would like to buy 3 or more of the same product, contact us and we will offer you a special offer.

How will my order be packaged?

We work hard to ensure undamaged and safe delivery of your order. We also use Polyurethane Foam and some support materials, especially for large and heavy products.

Additionally, all of our packages consist of second-hand cardboard that has been used before. Thus, we avoid using unnecessary and excess packaging materials in order to support recycling and protect nature from waste.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you after we deliver your order to the shipping company. With this tracking number you will be able to see all the information about the delivery of your order.

Which shipping companies do you work with?

We deliver using UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping companies. Shipment will be provided by one of these companies depending on the transportation type and region.
